FEEDBACK ON MAX'S WORK
"Max Moullin’s research on the Public Sector Scorecard is groundbreaking." Bob Penna, former Director of Research and Communications at the New York Senate and author of The Outcomes Toolbox
"In moving performance management from a top-down, blinkered, blame-game approach to a system founded on inclusiveness, cooperation and understanding, Moullin has established the middle ground... and that is no mean achievement." Neil Robinson, Operational Research Society. Robinson, N. (2015) Developing strategy in the Public Sector, IMPACT, Issue 2, Autumn 2015, pp.39-43, The Operational Research Society
"Max recently spoke at the Irish Public Sector Finance & Efficiency Summit in November and was so well received, we just had to get him back for more - and this time for a full day, rather than just a 30 minute keynote address." iQuest, organisers of Max's pre-summit masterclasses for the Irish Health Summits in 2015 and 2016.
"Thank you for your presentation at our 20th anniversary symposium. The presentation was well received and you being there certainly helped us to have record number of attendees."
Dana-Mae Grainger, Co-President, PPX, Ottawa.
